Introduction:
High-performance boron carbide/aluminum (B4C-AI) composite sheet is mainly used in nuclear power plant spent fuel storage pool grid, post-processing plant spent fuel storage pool grid, fuel storage container and other neutron absorption equipment with excellent neutron absorption capacity. All technical indicators meet the performance requirements of China National Nuclear Corporation "Hualong No. 1" nuclear power unit and State power investment corporation "AP1000" "CAP1400" nuclear power unit. Our company has built a special production line with an annual output of 150 tons of high-density neutron absorbing materials. We have passed the adaptability experiment of process technology and production equipment and have formed a stable and economical industrial production capacity. We have independent industrial intellectual property rights of wide-width plate industrial manufacturing technology and have 3 authorized invention patents, 3 enterprise standards, 3 technical conditions and requirements, 9 technical procedures, 10 inspection documents and 10 equipment management documents.
